Following the example of a flag for the Sergeant Major of the Army, the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force (CMSAF) now has one. This image shows the reverse of the flag: http://www.andrews.af.mil/shared/media/photodb/photos/2013/01/130124-F-OE121-034.jpg

Divided diagonally from upper hoist to lower fly, light blue over white. In center, a gold outline of a shield, with a full-color depiction of the CMSAF cap badge, two white stars above and two blue stars below.

The official Institute of Heraldry has provided art for the positional flag for the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force.

The Sergeant Major of the Army and the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force are the only enlisted billets in the US uniformed services with flags. At present, the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy and the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard do not have them. Incidentally, the proposed legislation establishing the US Space Force includes a provision to create the Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force.
